Our studio has recently purchased a couple of the 15 and 20kg bars. Best bars we have purchased, really impressed with the feel and movement!
Go light then heavy, try doing 5-10 sets of 2-3 reps, moving the bar fast before you go heavy on squats, deadlifts; the lighter sets will prime your body to move heavier weights with better form and higher speed!
